Lene started working with debt collection in 2002. She has completed a debt collection professional education and passed an exam making her an authorized licensee within the field. As a senior consultant at Zolva, Lene works on recovering and collecting mortgages and loans for third-party bank customers. – I also assist on urgent matters, such as testing new releases of the collection system, she says. Her responsibility is to correct errors caused by weaknesses in the system.

Nothing more satisfying than solving cases and reaching the budget

Being a part of a team with motivated and skilled colleagues is what Kristoffer appreciate with working at Zolva. Get to know him better in the following article and his role as a case manager in the company. Kristoffer is 26 years old and has been working at Zolva for the last three years. – When I`m not at work I like to be social with friends and family. I also use my spare time to invest in real estate. Currently I`m renting out two apartments, he says.

Client responsibility and management of debt portfolios

Kristoffer is a case manager at Zolva`s Group Head Office in Oslo. – As a case manager I have client responsibility and manage debt portfolios. As such, I assist clients with legal action processes and credit management. In that regard I also handle demanding situations where difficult decisions must be made, Kristoffer explains.

Helpful and positive coworkers

At work Kristoffer is motivated by the responsibilities he has as a case manager. – I enjoy fast paced work as well as working under pressure. There is nothing more satisfying than solving cases and reaching the budget, Kristoffer says. Getting a lot of responsibilities at an early stage has made him feel appreciated by the management team at Zolva. Zolva is a great place to work because of my wonderful coworkers. From parttime to fulltime

Marcus is 24 years old and is a case manager at Zolva. – Ever since I was young, I have been interested in finance and money. Therefore, I knew early on that I wanted to work within the field of economics, he says. In 2018 Marcus started studying at BI Norwegian Business School where he took a bachelor`s degree in finance. Alongside his studies Marcus got the opportunity to work with debt collection at Zolva. – After working at Zolva for two and a half years in a parttime position I took the leap to become a full-time employee, he explains.

Collects outstanding claims

As a case manager, Marcus is responsible for processing defined debt collection portfolios in accordance with legislation and creditor`s criteria. – The work mainly consists of collecting outstanding claims. In addition, I actively contribute as an operational case manager ensuring deliveries according to given strategic and economic goals, Marcus explains. As a case officer he plays an important role in solving cases the best possible way. This means that he is responsible for the debtor’s credit assessments and shall initiate the most optimal measures, given the situation. When Marcus is not at work he likes to exercise, be social and enjoy the nature. – Due to spending most of my working time in front of a computer, a workout or a hike makes my mind refresh and ready for the next day, he says.
