I disagree with the invoice

This is not my debt collection case. What do I do?

If you have received a debt collection case but you believe it does not belong to you, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or phone 08-473 03 30 so we can take a look at it together. If you have received a letter addressed to someone else, we may have registered the wrong address. We then ask you to send the letter to us. Please also contact us so we can correct the error.

I disagree with the invoice. What do I do?

If you believe that the invoice you have received is based on the wrong assumption, we ask you to contact us at [email protected] or phone 08-473 03 30 as soon as possible. It is important that you clearly explain why you think the invoice is wrong. We will contact the creditor and stop the debt collection process until there is an agreement. If the creditor will confirm that you are obliged to pay the debt, we will resume collection. Please note that the lender may apply for the debt to be filed through legal action.

I have received a letter from the Enforcement Officer, what should I do?

If you have received a letter from the Enforcement Officer, it is probably because we have applied for a payment order because the claim is still unpaid. You must then sign the papers received and send them back to the Enforcement Officer. Most important, is that you pay off your debt as soon as possible. Otherwise, a ruling can be issued and you will be charged with a payment remark. The next step, is to request enforcement with any foreclosure. If you consider that the requirement is incorrect, it is important that you notify us and the Enforcement Officer. Explain what you think is wrong so that we can take a position on your objection.

You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions. You can reach us via e-mail [email protected] or by phone 08-473 03 30.
